Adaptive reuse concept for the rehabilitation and renovation of the existing Family Court building in Philadelphia, PA into a boutique hotel. A highly detailed 3D model was developed in Revit and used to produce a 3D printed physical model of the building. A comprehensive conceptual design package, including the printed model, was prepared for client presentation and helped win the contract.
