Project Description
The project was for the design and development of apartment layouts for 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment units in a proposed new apartment building. Multiple iterations were worked out to best accommodate the needs for the local area and recent financial developments. The apartments were designed to best utilize the space to allow for the most keys per floor. The final layouts have a generous size which is larger than the average in the area.
